Hairdressing Salon - Located on the ground floor of the Mill House, equipped with hairdressing basin and hairdryer, this room is for the use of residents and their personal hairdresser.
Laundry Facilities - Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor of the Mill House and comprise of 1 washer and 1 dryer.
Emergency Intercom System - Town Mill is connected to a Central Control operated by White Cliffs Careline. As well as emergency pull cords in each of the rooms of the cottages, each cottage has a pendant for residents to use which will activate the alarm system in times of emergency. This allows you to make contact with the Manager during on duty hours and with White Cliffs Careline at all other times.

House Manager - The Manager of Town Mill occupies the 2 bedroom first floor apartment in the Mill House and is on site 5 days a week. The other 2 days are monitored by White Cliffs Careline.
