Town Mill are 2 golf courses, an indoor swimming pool and
an excellent selection of shops and services, including a
library. There are also excellent train services operating
from both Great Bedwyn and Pewsey to Paddington and the South
West.
Regular bus services link Marlborough with the larger centres
of Swindon and Salisbury, while the M4 Motorway, Junction
15, is just 9 miles to the North.

are 2 guest suites - one single and one double room, both
with fully fitted en suite shower rooms, and are available
for residents' guests and can be booked through the House
Manager. |

- This is a beautiful room with French windows onto a
large patio area overlooking the river. The residents'
enjoy coffee mornings once a week and use the room for
a variety of other functions - some arranged by the resident
House Manager, on other occasions, card evenings, etc.

- Located on the ground floor of the Mill House, equipped
with hairdressing basin and hairdryer, this room is for
the use of residents and their personal hairdresser. |

the Mill House and comprise of 1 washer and 1 dryer. |

| Emergency Intercom System
- Town Mill is connected to a Central Control operated
by White Cliffs Careline. As well as emergency pull cords
in each of the rooms of the cottages, each cottage has
a pendant for residents to use which will activate the
alarm system in times of emergency. This allows you to
make contact with the Manager during on duty hours and
with White Cliffs Careline at all other times. |

| House Manager - The
Manager of Town Mill occupies the 2 bedroom first floor
apartment in the Mill House and is on site 5 days a week.
