Susan Hards - Head Office
I first became involved in the Osprey Management Company in 1987 when I was appointed House Manager at Heathside. After one year at Heathside, in 1988, I was offered the position of General Manager of Osprey Management which, at that time, was under the umbrella of Speyhawk Plc.In October 1989 I successfully bought out The Osprey Management Company Limited from Speyhawk Plc. and became Managing Director of the Company.
Over the past 22 years I have gained enormous experience in property management in the retirement and residential sector.
I like to think that, because we have remained a small company, it has allowed me to be very 'hands on', get to know our residents and give a very personal service, making us quite unique in this field.
In my free time I enjoy art classes, walking, skiing and hope in the future to improve my golf.

Lorraine Wash - Head Office
I live locally with my husband and daughter and our 2 dogs. To be honest, I don't have any hobbies as such, but I do look forward to my holiday every year which, over the past few years, has been to Thailand.

Audrey Panter - Head OfficeIn 2008 I joined the team at Osprey’s head office to provide additional secretarial and administrative support. Having worked in estate agency and property management for over 20 years I have a good background knowledge in this field of work.
I have 3 grown up children and 2 grandchildren. I enjoy walking and going to the theatre.
I take an interest in my local community, having a long standing commitment to our local church where I serve on the church council and have been a team leader in various fund raising events and hospitality. I also have a long standing commitment to Scouting, currently as a member of an Active Support Group. As well as these interests I am also a Trustee to our local Pre-School.
Jacqui Wingate & Terry Wingate - Osprey Court
We have managed Osprey Court for 15 years.
We are committed to ensuring all residents enjoy the whole experience of living here.
We are highly motivated in helping them keep their independence, because that is one of the plus sides to living in retirement housing.

Victor Grzanka - Osprey Court
Victor joined Osprey back in the 90s is an essential part of the Osprey Management Team he can be reached via Lorraine Wash.
Vera Burkis – Regency House
Vera joined the Osprey Management Company at the beginning of 2003. She has a warm positive personality and brought a wealth of experience with her including the managing for many years of an Orthodox Residential Home in her home town of Bournemouth where she was highly respected by the Jewish Community.
Vera has experience in being a professional good neighbour and is unobtrusive and very respectful of privacy. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters and 4 granddaughters taking them out on walks and visiting museums. Vera has a keen interest in history and gets great satisfaction from working with older people.

Elizabeth Burton – Town Mill
Having spent most of my life in South Africa, I returned to England in 2004. I have worked in the leasehold retirement sector for 7 years and am a keen photographer, enjoy walking and most outdoor activities.

Stuart and Lucy Bennett - Challoner Court
We are Stuart and Lucy Bennett. We are a married couple working in a joint position and we are now in our 13th year as House Managers at Challoner Court. Lucy is largely responsible for the administration and office work and Stuart is the gardener and handyman. We do work very much as a team and the other aspects of the position are carried out by the both of us. We collectively have experience in caretaking, the caring profession including private hospitals, hospitality and customer relations. We enjoy travelling and sports and regularly attend a Quiz night as part of a team.

Linda Selway - Heathside
My name is Linda Selway and I am the Manager of Heathside development and have been here for almost 2 years.
My career has spanned over 20 years within the Care Sector from Auxiliary Nurse in my early years through to Care Manager of a 40 Bed Care Home/Convent. Prior to my appointment with Osprey Management Company at Heathside I was Retirement Housing Team Leader for Colne Housing in Essex.
I hold City and Guilds Registered Manager Qualification, NVQ 4 in Direct Care and Domiciliary Care and CIH Higher Cert in Managing Sheltered and Supported Housing.
I enjoy working with older people and feel passionately that we need to contribute to the well being of our elderly communities and assist in enabling and motivating clients to continue to live active and fulfilling lives.
Heathside has a wonderful friendly community with interesting people from all walks of life and where I am happy and proud to manage.
I enjoy organising a variety of social activities for residents.
My hobbies are Photography, Travel and listening to Classical Music.
