Osprey recognise

The House Manager is employed on behalf of the residents of the development by Osprey and is responsible to Osprey. The job is demanding and requires a great deal of commitment and understanding. The Manager is responsible for the smooth day to day running of the development and is there to help if help is needed. The Manager will:
The Manager will maintain details of next of kin, Doctors, etc. and his/her experience allows discretion to be exercised in seeking help in any situation or emergency. The Manager is not a trained nurse and is therefore asked specifically not to administer any nursing care, but instead to call and liaise with those who are suitably qualified.
Service Charges The service charge is an annual amount which covers all the costs of managing the Estate. The division of these costs is determined within your Lease. A budget meeting is held every year on each of the developments at which time the residents have the opportunity to discuss any queries they have with regard to the figures presented. Osprey are committed to keep the annual services charges at the lowest cost consistent with good management.

Residents are responsible for their own electricity, telephone, contents insurance, television licence and for the maintenance and redecoration of the interior of their property.
